The Doyenne project’s first full-container offering is a celebration of female-led coffee production in Ethiopia, sourced from twenty-three smallholder women producers in Shakiso. This natural-process lot, crafted in collaboration with Osito Coffee and Sookoo, embodies both traceability and quality. Expect vibrant notes of strawberry and jasmine, with a clean, floral finish that highlights the exceptional care taken in its production. We are proud to feature this coffee as a November selection and as a standout in our ongoing line of offerings.
